How do I book a Little Slumber Party?

What ages are your sleepover parties for?
Our sleepover packages are designed for parties, play dates or get togethers for boys and girls aged between 5 - 14 years.
Can you host the party?
We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it.
Do you offer packages for more than 4 tents?
Yes, we do - if you have the space, we can bring the tents.
How long do I have the tents for?
Little Slumber Party will organise a mutually convenient time to deliver and pick up. Generally packages are delivered by mid afternoon on the day of the party and collected by midday depending on the location the next morning unless otherwise agreed.
How much space does each tent require?
The total space we need for each mattress and tent setup is approximately 100cm x 160cm. With an extra 40cm for the tray we usually place at the end of the mattress. We can layout the room in many number of configurations.
Can the tents be set up outdoors?
Unfortunately not. They can only be used indoors as they are not waterproof and the frames cannot be secured to the ground.
Do I need to wash the sheets before the tents are collected?
No you don't. All sheets and blankets will be collected and washed in hypoallergenic laundry detergent.
Can pets sleep in our tents?
We all love our pets, but all animals must be kept away from the tent set up due to some children having extreme allergic reactions to animal hair (which is not always easy to eliminate despite thorough washing).
Do I need a to supply power?
No. All of Little Slumber Party lights are powered by batteries which are included in the package.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery and collection is included in the package price for locations 15 miles from GU10 (Farnham).
Delivery outside of these areas will incur an additional delivery fee. Please enquire directly with us for a quote.

Can I select a custom theme?
We welcome your ideas and will work with you to create the perfect Little Slumber Party where we can. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
What is required to secure my booking?
After confirming the date of your Little Slumber Party we will a require £40 security deposit to complete your booking. This deposit is refunded back 3 days after collection of the equipment after inspection for damages. Once we deliver, the responsibility of the tents is with the client and any damage will be charged.
When do I need to pay?
Payment in full is due two weeks before the agreed date of the sleepover.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal or cash.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you cancel 4 weeks or less from the party date, you will forfeit the deposit paid. You can however, re-schedule to another date to retain your deposit.
What happens if something gets damaged?
If items are damaged beyond repair the cost of the replacement item will be taken from your deposit.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we have public liability insurance.
